These days, my lunch is always associated with Rancherita’s Californian Burito.

Before coming to the U.S.A, the Mexican burito, in my mind, is known as toasted wrap from KFC. But it has a different name, Mexican chicken burito and Old Peking chicken burito. However, that is too far away from the real burito.

In earlier days in Logan, I don’t have any favor in the real burito. From the Rancherita, the local Mexican restaurant, I tasted different varieties of buritos just to find that none of them is tasteful. Just in these days, Shawn recommended the Californian Burito, with which I found great taste.

So far as I have known, a lot of alien food has to be localized before its success. For example, I just find that the KFC and McDonald are quite differernt from China to America. So I do think there is some change to the real burito. But finally, I like it.
